In what felt like deja vu, Faith had some bad luck. In fact, it was very similar to Grace's experience, only with a different break.
Broke it on Tuesday, specialist on Wednesday and surgery on Thursday. She had two pins put in it.
The pediatric orthopedic walked in and asked me if we had met before. "Why yes, you put three pins in my other daughter . . ."
So she gets her cast put on Thursday, June 12. She'll have it for two weeks. Good news is that she'll have some summer left.
My kids are tough. They really are.
