Prayers

I tucked in the girls tonight, and I said, "Say your prayers."

And Grace and Faith, laying in bed, closed their eyes and clasped their hands.

"Thank you, God, for Faith," prays Grace.

"God, I hope I don't itch," prays Faith.

Full Bunny Assault

Really, this shouldn't be happening.

Lets be honest, the Easter Bunny is scary. The twins just said, "no." They weren't havin' it. The only reason Faith is up there is because we made fun of her for being scared of Santa, and she can't live with someone thinking she is scared of something. So she redeemed herself with the Bunny. And then he assaulted her. Great.

We caught them in Omaha. Then low and behold, they decided to come to Des Moines. Wiser this time, we got closer. Very close. I touched them all. Donnie gazed into my eyes. There was something there. We both knew it.

What a fun night. I was tired for days.
